PARKING
NLSC has offsite parking available for FREE. Offsite parking locations can be found on the bottom of the About Us Page
NLSC also offers camp/tailgating locations onsite for certain events. Locations are pre-purchased and become available on our website one week prior to the event. Same day reservations are based upon availability
RESTROOM FACILITIES
Restroom facilities are available at NLSC. NLSC’s main restroom area is in the back of the complex, next to the orange building. Please refer to our Complex Map on the About Us page.
CONCESSION FACILITIES
A variety of dining and snack options for all ages and tastes are available at NLSC. Grab a bite and catch up on the day’s sports highlights on the big screens at NLSC. You can also pick something up on the go at vending machines located throughout the complex.
ADMISSION
General NLSC admission prices are at the discretion of the tournament or event host
CAMP/TAILGATING AREA
No tents can be left overnight (all tents must be removed at the end of each day)
Tents must come down during storms
NLSC is not responsible for damage
NLSC reserves the right to require tents to be taken down for visual obstruction, weather, or blocking of flow of traffic
Tents cannot display advertising or logos unless prior written approval has been received from NLSC
PET POLICY
Pets or animals, except service animals (seeing eye dogs, etc.), are not permitted into NLSC
Credit Card Privacy & Refund Policy
SECURITY AND PRIVACY POLICY:
Next Level Sports Complex respects the privacy of their customers. Our software is the industry standard and among the best software available today
for secure transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the
internet. All transactions are conducted through secure servers. Your mailing address, email address and phone number are confidential and are used for our records only.
We are committed to taking reasonable steps to protect the information that you provide to us. This includes limiting the access to your information to
authorized personnel, encryption of sensitive data stored on our servers such as credit card info, and backing up of data. Any page where we ask you to enter sensitive information or display sensitive information to you will be secure.
REFUND POLICY:
Full or partial refunds are issued at the discretion of Next Level management personnel. All refund requests must be by phone or in person for consideration. All refunds are done via check and mailed to the customer’s home unless special arrangements have been made.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellation requests must be received a minimum of 30 days prior to the desired end date. A cancellation form must be completed in writing.
