Information on Academy Coaches

NLSC’s Skills Academy is a year round skills training program that develops players of all ages and skill levels.  NLSC has partnered with JW Basketball to offer their world-renowned training to our NLSC athletes.

JW Basketball Training offers NLSC athlete’s with different trainers that specialize in the skills needed for optimal performance.  Our trainers have both played professional and college basketball and have trained college/professional athletes.  We use mental techniques to stand out from traditional basketball trainers. Most players and trainers work solely on muscle memory. Our team has done extensive research, study and application of mental memory, he has come to the conclusion that in addition to muscle memory, mental memory (imagination and visualization) must be used to perform at an optimum level.

Our trainers have trained numerous and NBA, International, National Teams and college players from the PAC 12, ACC, Big East and Big 12 conferences.  In addition, our trainers have trained athletes in 25 different countries.

JW basketball Training use cutting edge techniques for developing youth/professions athletes of varying skill level and goals.  Our program focuses on the development of ballhandling, shooting, passing, rebounding, defense and game situations.  Our trainers help break down the fundamentals, so youth players can understand and apply their training in game situations.
